Job summary

Wyn Construction Services Pte. Ltd. on-site in Singapore seeks a construction lift/hoist operator to move personnel, materials and equipment safely between levels.

You will ensure compliance with safe working loads and procedures, perform basic pre-operation checks, and report faults promptly. The role requires coordinating with site staff for efficient movement of workers and materials, maintaining lift cleanliness and recording operations.

Qualifications

• Experience operating construction lifts/hoists on active sites.
• Knowledge of lift safety procedures and load limits.
• Ability to conduct basic pre-operation checks and report faults promptly.

Responsibilities

• Operate the construction lift/hoist to transport personnel, materials and equipment safely between levels.
• Ensure passengers and materials comply with safe working load and procedures.
• Coordinate with site personnel for efficient movement of workers and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the lift and surrounding area.
• Monitor boarding/alighting to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Keep basic operation records and report incidents or defects to Site Supervisor.
• Perform other duties assigned by Site Management related to lift operations.

• Conduct basic pre-operation checks and report any lift faults or abnormalities promptly.


• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure the efficient and orderly movement of workers and materials.


• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the lift and surrounding operating area.


• Monitor safe boarding and alighting of passengers and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.


• Keep basic operational records and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.


• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Management related to lift operations.
