Job summary

TEAMBILD ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Lift Operator to operate the construction lift/hoist, transporting personnel, materials, and equipment safely between levels on a construction site in Singapore.

You will ensure safe loading, conduct pre-operation checks, coordinate with site personnel, maintain area cleanliness, monitor boarding/alighting, and keep records while following site safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate the construction lift/hoist to transport personnel, materials, and equipment safely between designated levels.
• Ensure passengers and materials comply with the lift's safe working load and operating procedures.
• Conduct basic pre-operation checks and report any lift faults or abnormalities promptly.
• Coordinate with site personnel to ensure the efficient and orderly movement of workers and materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the lift and surrounding operating area.
• Monitor safe boarding and alighting of passengers and ensure compliance with site safety regulations.
• Keep basic operational records and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns to the Site Supervisor.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Management related to lift operations.
