Qualifications

• Experience in elevators, escalators, M&E, construction or related fields.
• Strong experience managing installation and construction projects.
• Solid understanding of project planning, site coordination and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end elevator installation projects.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, execution and completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Monitor project progress, costs, timelines and quality.
• Manage installation, testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.
• Lead and motivate project teams and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
