Job summary

Rolls-Royce in Seletar, Singapore invites a Lifecycle Engineer to join the Engineering for Services team, providing world-class technical support for in-service and delivered products, ensuring design intent is maintained through the lifecycle.

You will model performance, identify deterioration, drive improvements, and act as a focal point for regional operators and engine project teams in APAC and GC, with collaboration across suppliers, customers, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Engineering or numerical degree required.
• Strong understanding of component/system functionality and numerical methods.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Familiarity with in-service operations, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams; Power BI/SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements as Technical Authority where delegated.
• Provide technical support for operational queries and issues; lead root-cause investigations.
• Set and monitor reliability targets using data and analysis; optimize performance.
• Analyse through-life performance, deterioration mechanisms, and service attributes.
• Develop and approve technical publications for customers and maintenance teams; present to stakeholders.
