MINDSG LTD is seeking staff to teach, train and supervise trainees with intellectual disabilities, helping them achieve independence in activities of daily living and social skills. The role involves developing ILPs, conducting continuous assessment, and planning group activities to support overall development.

You will also assist in health fitness and wellness programmes and maintain safety procedures across activities and events, with a focus on caregiver engagement and community inclusion.

Competenze

• Minimum O levels.
• NITEC Certificate in Community Care & Social Services (ITE).
• Certificate of Special Needs Education (MOE).
• Diploma of Special Education (MOE).
• Diploma in Disability Studies (SSI).
• Diploma of Community Services (SSI).

Mansioni

• Teach, train, supervise and develop clients to function independently in daily living, home living, mobility and social skills.
• Engage in client assessments and formulate Individual Learning Program (ILP) with regular evaluations.
• Plan group activities and ensure safety and security of trainees.
• Support health fitness, wellness and behavior management programmes as directed by allied health professionals.
