Job summary

PES International, a life sciences services firm, is seeking a Document Controller in Singapore to manage filing, version control, and digitisation of validation documents. The role involves uploading papers to ValGenesis and maintaining metadata within the electronic repository.

You will support the transition from paper-based to digital workflows and provide hands-on administrative help across projects in the Life Sciences sector.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within life sciences or regulated industries preferred.
• Familiarity with digital validation workflows and templates is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support document control activities, including filing, tracking, version control and maintenance of records.
• Scan, digitise and upload validation documents into ValGenesis and the electronic document repository.
• Create and maintain document templates, metadata and document structures within the system.
• Perform document indexing, data entry, quality checks and reconciliation of migrated records.
• Provide general administrative and hands-on support throughout the transition from paper-based to digital validation workflows.
