Job summary

PLACEMENT PROFESSIONALS is seeking an Entry–Mid Level Financial Advisory Specialist for a digital platform that aggregates and compares insurance products. You will engage with qualified leads, guide them through needs analysis, and recommend suitable life and health insurance solutions while supporting applications and ongoing servicing.

You will build long-term relationships, conduct policy reviews, and strive to meet sales targets in a commission-based environment within Singapore.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of sales experience in financial services or advisory firms.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and insurance landscape.
• Understanding of life and health insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Engage with assigned leads to understand financial needs and insurance requirements.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations.
• Compare products and advise clients on suitable options.
• Support clients through the application process and follow up until policy issuance.
• Deliver ongoing advisory services and policy reviews for existing clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships for high satisfaction and retention.
• Grow client base through referrals and meet sales targets.
