Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in law, legal studies, business law, legal technology, information systems, computer science, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in legal tech, professional services, or technology services.
• Experience with documenting processes, dashboards, and user training materials.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, administration, and optimization of legal technology solutions.
• Maintain records for risk management and ensure confidentiality and accessibility.
• Track usage metrics and prepare dashboards, reports, and business insights.
• Create project documentation and training materials for technology rollouts.
• Identify opportunities to automate and transform legal workflows.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects involving legal operations and data governance.
• Organise workshops, trainings, demos, and technology events for the firm.
• Support strategic projects from requirements to concept to deployment.
• Collaborate with technology partners and internal experts, managing vendor accounts.
• Assist with product and event communications for launches and lifecycle updates.
