Wolf & Williams is partnering to fill a senior legal role in Singapore. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will guide strategic, commercially focused legal support across customer, technology and IP activities for a fast-growing AI infrastructure company.

You will work with sales, product, technology and operations to negotiate and manage key contracts and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 8+ PQE from top-tier firms or sophisticated in-house teams, with strong experience in

Experience in technology, privacy, data protection and contracting.
Strong negotiation, risk management and commercial judgment.
Ability to operate autonomously in a growth-focused business.

Responsabilités

Lead structuring, negotiation and ongoing management of key customer contracts and strategic commercial deals.
Advise on technology, software, SaaS and IT contracting matters.
Advise on IP licensing and commercialization.
Support regulatory compliance across privacy, data protection and export control requirements.
Advise on consumer law and fair trading issues.
Deliver practical legal support on product, platform and technology topics.
