Job summary

QUESSCORP SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD.

is seeking a legal professional in Singapore responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements that support business partnerships and third-party collaborations. You will advise on partnership structures, contractual obligations, risk allocation, and dispute resolution, while developing templates and reviewing procedures with cross-functional teams and external counsel as needed.

Qualifications

• Law degree from a recognised university.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in commercial contracts, corporate advisory, or partnership-related legal work.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and multi-party agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law, contractual risk allocation, and commercial arrangements.
• Ability to translate legal issues into clear, practical advice for business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaborate across teams.
