HASHKEY CAPITAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal and Compliance team.

This role offers hands-on exposure to regulatory, contractual, and cross-border matters within the fintech and digital assets space. You will conduct legal research, review and draft agreements (NDAs, trading and investment contracts), support regulatory filings, and help with day-to-day admin workflows such as DocuSign approvals and documentation tracking.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed law degree in a Singapore/common law jurisdiction.
• Final year students preferred; undergraduate or graduate level.
• Availability of 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Singapore office. This role offers hands‑on exposure to both legal and compliance work in the fast‑evolving fintech and digital assets space. The intern will support legal research, contract review, and cross‑border matters, while also assisting the Compliance team with day-to‑day administrative and coordination tasks.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct legal research on financial services, fintech, and digital asset regulations.
• Review and assist in drafting legal agreements, including NDAs, trading agreements, and investment‑related contracts.
• Support compliance‑related matters, including regulatory filings, internal compliance processes, and documentation.
• Provide administrative assistance to the Legal and Compliance team, such as managing DocuSign workflows, tracking approvals, maintaining compliance records, and organizing documentation.
• Assist with project coordination for compliance initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder follow‑ups, and internal communication.
• Work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to support business operations across different business lines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a Singapore or other common law jurisdiction law school.
• Preferably in final year of study (undergraduate or graduate).
• Available at least 2–3 days per week.
• Prior internship experience at a law firm (financial services‑related) or in‑house legal team (Web3 or Crypto / Fintech / FS industry) is preferred.
• Strong interest in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Able to commit for minimally 6 months.
