Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office, is seeking a meticulous intern to support the South Asia legal function. Under the Senior Legal Counsel, you will assist with contract administration, compliance, and corporate matters in a luxury Maison.

You will gain hands-on exposure to legal operations, research, and fee management, while handling confidential information with discretion. The role runs January to June 2027 for 6 months, onsite at Singapore.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Law Degree (JD) and/or recent law graduates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft simple contracts and agreements.
• Support general corporate work.
• Billing and legal fee management in South Asia countries.
• Conduct research on various legal issues in South Asia countries.
• Support compliance matters in South Asia countries.
• Manage the corporate secretary matters for Singapore and Malaysia.
• Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned.
