• Draft, review, advise on, and negotiate a wide spectrum of commercial agreements.
• Lead legal workstreams for cross-functional projects such as digital transformation initiatives, M&A, and new business launches.
• Identify legal risks, provide proactive mitigation solutions, and support legal operational efficiency.
