Qualifications

• Degree in Law and admitted to the Bar in a recognized common law jurisdiction.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in-house or corporate/commercial legal practice.
• Strong foundation in reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, corporate documentation, and supporting legal due diligence.
• Prior exposure to semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, precision engineering, or B2B technology sectors is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Draft, amend, and conduct first-level reviews of commercial agreements including NDAs, procurement, technology services, and supplier contracts.
• Safeguard intellectual property and confidentiality.
• Assist in corporate governance matters, support due diligence for corporate transactions, and conduct regulatory research.
• Maintain contract repositories, optimize contract lifecycle management, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, external counsel, and company secretaries.
