Job summary

Tri-Cap Consulting Pte. Ltd. is recruiting an in-house Legal Counsel for an Asia-Pacific real estate platform. The role focuses on transaction execution, risk management, and asset oversight.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead real estate acquisitions, JVs, and platform investments, perform due diligence, draft complex agreements, and coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years PQE in commercial law, with PE/M&A focus.
• Law firm training is required.
• In-house experience at a PE or real assets platform is advantageous.
• Strong exposure to real assets, infrastructure or private equity transactions in APAC.

Responsibilities
