Monks is seeking an autonomous and strategic mid-level Legal Counsel to manage deal negotiations for creative production projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

The role involves drafting and reviewing MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs, advising on international campaigns, monitoring regulatory developments in APAC markets, and acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders while partnering with global legal, finance and HR teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a similar role (ideally in-house).
• Qualified lawyer in good standing admitted to practice in a qualified jurisdiction.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Experience in digital advertising, IP, and commercial law is highly preferred.

Responsabilités
