Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a qualified lawyer to draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, tenders and other legal documents, and advise stakeholders on legal, regulatory and commercial risks.

You will manage disputes, coordinate with external counsel, support new business initiatives and ensure compliance, delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree in Law from a recognised university.
• Admission to the Singapore Bar is essential.
• 5-7 years' post-qualification experience in private practice and/or as in-house counsel.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
