Job description

• Help with contract drafting, contract reviews, and the use of business best practices.
• Offer legal, contract, and business services and guidance to clients throughout the Eastern Hemisphere.
• Help with (public) tender packages upon request from operating personnel in the Eastern Hemisphere.
• With the approval and guidance of Senior Legal lawyers, Eastern Hemisphere, assist in managing the roles and costs of outside lawyers in the region.
• Partnerships in business and compliance (30%)
• Keep a close eye on compliance-related matters in the Eastern Hemisphere and, when necessary, seek assistance from the Chief Compliance Officer, Compliance Paralegal, additional global legal team members, and/or outside counsel.
• Create, create, and carry out legal and contract programs in accordance with the guidelines the team has supplied.
• When handling legal matters and claims, try to avoid letting them have a "material adverse effect" on the company.
• Inform the General Counsel, Eastern Hemisphere, and Senior Counsel regarding the status and development of claims and litigation.
• Recognize and safeguard patents, trademarks, branding, and intellectual property.
• Provide guidance on issues related to corporate governance.
