Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a Business-related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of teaching experience preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of module/programme leadership and administration.
• Evidence of engagement in professional practice and curriculum development.
• Willing to work shift hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Teach Business, Marketing, Statistics across multiple programmes and contribute to other disciplines.
• Undertake Programme Leader and Module Leader roles and coordinate academic activities.
• Align teaching and assessment with QA frameworks and partner requirements.
• Design, develop, review curriculum and learning resources within the academic framework.
• Manage assessments, moderation, and examination processes.
• Support quality assurance reviews and documentation for academic programs.
• Provide academic advice and guidance to students on performance and progression.
• Engage in research, professional development, and knowledge exchange activities.
