Public Service Division invites applications for a full-time Lecturer role focused on Human-Centred Design for AI and Cloud Innovation. The successful candidate will teach and mentor learners in design thinking, user-centred design, innovation methods and product development.

You will develop learning units, supervise student projects and build industry partnerships to deliver industry-relevant curricula and experiential learning.

Formación

• Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Design Engineering, Product Design, Innovation, Computer Engineering or related fields.
• 3–5 years of industry or practical experience in engineering design, product development or technology-enabled solutions.
• Experience in design thinking, prototyping, user-centred design and project-based learning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI, IoT, automation, data analytics or related technologies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality education in human-centred design for AI and cloud innovation.
• Develop and deliver learning units in design thinking, product design and prototyping.
• Supervise student projects, innovation challenges and industry-based projects.
• Mentor learners in design thinking, entrepreneurship and product development.
• Build industry partnerships to support applied learning and capability development.
• Stay current with emerging trends and integrate them into teaching.
