Lecturer / Adjunct Instructor – AI Applications & Digital Content Creation

Employment Type: Adjunct / Part-Time / Contract

We are seeking dynamic and industry-savvy Lecturers / Adjunct Instructors to deliver engaging, hands‑on short courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI), application development, digital content creation, and business innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced educators, technology professionals, digital creators, and industry practitioners to share their expertise, inspire learners, and contribute to the development of cutting‑edge training programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, practical workshops incorporating real‑world applications, demonstrations, and project‑based learning.
• Facilitate hands‑on learning experiences using contemporary AI tools, software development platforms, and digital content creation technologies.
• Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, engaging learning experiences for learners with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Develop and refine course materials, practical exercises, demonstrations, and learning resources in collaboration with the academic team.
• Incorporate current industry practices, emerging technologies, and relevant use cases into course delivery.
• Encourage experimentation, critical thinking, creativity, and responsible application of AI technologies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

1. Educational & Professional Background

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Media, Communications, Business, Creative Writing, or a related discipline. Equivalent industry experience will also be considered.

Teaching & Training Experience: Demonstrated experience delivering workshops, bootcamps, university lectures, professional development programmes, or corporate training.

Industry Experience: Practical, hands‑on experience with contemporary AI tools, software development environments, digital media production, or related technologies.

Communication Skills: Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical audiences.

2. Technical & Functional Expertise

We welcome candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas:

AI Applications & AI-Assisted Development

• Familiarity with AI‑assisted coding and rapid application development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, v0, ChatGPT, Claude, and Replit.
• Experience with prompt engineering, API integration, custom GPTs, AI agents, and practical AI workflow development.
• Understanding of emerging development approaches, including AI‑assisted and natural‑language‑driven coding (commonly referred to as "Vibe Coding").

Data Analytics & Workplace Automation

• Familiarity with AI‑powered data analysis and visualisation tools.
• Working knowledge of Python‑based data tools, advanced data analysis, Power BI integration, or AI‑enabled spreadsheet applications.
• Ability to demonstrate practical AI applications for productivity, reporting, business analysis, and workflow automation.

Digital Content Creation & Media Production

• Practical experience in digital storytelling, short‑form video production, and multimedia content development.
• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, smartphone filmmaking equipment, and mobile video production workflows.
• Ability to integrate generative AI into creative ideation, content development, and digital media production.
