Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and secure food stall tenants to maintain optimal occupancy across outlets.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process including new tenancies, renewals, and terminations to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare, review, and administer tenancy agreements and related documents accurately and timely.
• Serve as the main liaison for stallholders on lease terms, rental matters, and enquiries to resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor rental collection and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain revenue flow.
• Maintain accurate leasing records, tenancy schedules, and unit occupancy data for reporting and operational needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and outlets on unit handovers, renovations, and compliance matters to ensure tenant readiness and regulatory adherence.
• Support leasing-related reporting and administrative duties to facilitate management decision-making
