Job summary

NParks in Singapore seeks an energetic Business Development and Leasing specialist to plan and lease commercial facilities across our parks. You will work with tenants, marketing agents, and internal stakeholders to position a compelling mix that supports branding and visitor experience.

Our role requires strong communication, negotiation, and a proactive approach to identifying good-fit tenants. Weekend and after-hours work may be required as you drive occupancy and park vibrancy.

Qualifications

• Preference for study areas in Business Development, Real Estate, or Marketing.
• Experience in Business Development, Property Leasing and Marketing preferred.
• Strong leasing, property management, and business development skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and weekends/after hours.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lease commercial facilities for NParks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and agents to secure tenants.
• Position portfolios to align with park branding and tenant mix.
• Develop good-fit businesses to boost vibrancy and visitorship.
• Lead marketing initiatives to increase tenant footfall.
