Job summary
sggovterp is seeking a Product Manager to own and refine a defined domain within the Learning & Skills portfolio in Singapore. You will drive detailed requirements, backlog refinement, user validation and delivery support aligned to the overall product roadmap.
You will work with institution domain leads, gather and translate business requirements into user stories, and coordinate with vendor teams to ensure delivered capabilities meet business needs.

- Translated business requirements into functional solutions and product requirements.
- Strong communication and facilitation with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with agile delivery and domain backlog management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and refine the assigned domain backlog and prioritise features.
- Gather, clarify and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with domain leads to align with the product roadmap.
- Coordinate with vendor delivery teams to clarify requirements and validate outcomes.
- Support UAT and validation activities with subject matter experts.
- Identify gaps and opportunities; feed back into backlog prioritisation and roadmap.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements, backlog items and scope.
- Ensure consistency across domains and manage dependencies with other PMs.
