Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a product manager to own a learning domain within the Learning & Skills portfolio. You will drive requirements, refine backlogs, validate with users and support delivery in line with the product roadmap.

You will collaborate with domain leads and vendor teams, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment across institutes and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• 5+ years in product management, business analysis or digital delivery.
• Experience in CET or education tech is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and refine the backlog for the assigned domain.
• Gather, clarify and translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Engage stakeholders across Institutes of Higher Learning to surface gaps.
• Coordinate with vendor delivery teams to support sprint activities.
• Ensure alignment across domains and manage dependencies.
• Support UAT and validate delivered features against scenarios.
• Capture user feedback and feed improvements into the roadmap.
