sggovterp is seeking a senior Product Leader to oversee the management of strategic Learning & Skills capabilities across Institutes of Higher Learning in Singapore. The role focuses on transitioning from project-based work to a product-centric approach that delivers continuous value, scalability, and sector-wide outcomes.

Responsibilities include defining the product vision, owning the portfolio, prioritising features, and ensuring delivery aligns with strategy.

Qualifications

10+ years of product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems, or related leadership experience.
Proven track record leading large-scale digital products or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in CET, lifelong learning, or education technology is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
Act as the single accountable owner of the product portfolio across Institutes of Higher Learning.
Lead prioritisation of features based on business value and user impact.
Ensure delivery of capabilities aligns with strategy and sector priorities.
Engage senior management and stakeholders to shape direction and alignment.
Define and track product success metrics.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architect to align strategy and system design.
Own the full product lifecycle.
Oversee transition from legacy systems to future-state capabilities.
