Job summary

Responsibilities

• Help plan and run internal training sessions.
• Coordinate leadership programmes.
• Support AI-based learning projects.
• Handle training logistics including managing sign-ups and tracking attendance.
• Pitch in on everyday Talent Development tasks and projects.
• Build learning roadmaps for different roles or skills.
• Find ways to make our processes smoother using AI or automation.
