National University of Singapore seeks a Blended Learning Specialist/Educational Technologist to guide instructors in leveraging technology and transforming education at the Kent Ridge Campus.

You will collaborate with instructors, videographers, designers, and production teams to develop high-quality lecture videos and instructional materials, applying best practices in digital pedagogy. A strong background in video and multimedia is required.

Qualifications

• A good degree from a reputable university.
• Proficiency in video production workflows, including recording, editing, and post-production.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Camtasia for content creation and editing.
• Expertise in instructional design principles, multimedia learning, and blended learning best practices.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead Blended Learning Projects: Collaborate with instructors, videographers, graphic designers, and other relevant stakeholders to plan and execute innovative blended learning projects
• Guide Instructional Design: Advise instructors on best practices in digital pedagogy, including: storyboarding & scripting, audio recording, video editing, creating engaging visuals & animations, subtitling & captioning, and incorporating interactive elements & multimedia
• Mentor and Supervise: Train, guide and support the digital production assistants (talented university students or staff) throughout the project lifecycle
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Explore and implement innovative technologies and pedagogical approaches to enhance student learning experiences
