Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Learning Designer to join our team in Singapore. You will develop course-related materials, learning resources and project documentation, ensuring quality and alignment with educational goals.

The role requires collaboration with project co-leads and staff, and ongoing content management in instructional design workflows. You will review materials for consistency, format and readiness for implementation, and support project planning with data

Qualifications

• Degree or post-graduate diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Learning Design, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in learning design, course support, project coordination or ed-tech support preferred.
• Familiarity with constructive alignment, learning outcomes and assessment design.
• Comfortable using Blackboard UCV as a staff user to manage course content.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of course materials, learning resources and project documentation with project co-leads and team members.
• Review and update course materials to ensure quality and readiness for implementation.
• Develop, format and quality-assure learning and assessment materials for clarity and consistency.
• Develop and refine digital learning materials and simple multimedia resources as needed.
• Coordinate meetings, document key discussions, track follow-ups and maintain project records.
