Singapore Aero Engine Services Private Limited (SAESL) is looking for an experienced professional to drive the Lean Operating System transformation across various Operating Business Units. This role involves developing standards, facilitating assessments, and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Lean Management, with strong analytical and project management skills. A degree in engineering and experience in an aerospace MRO environment are preferred. Join us to shape the future of operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Lean Management or Continuous Improvement.
• Lean certification (Green Belt or equivalent) required.
• Aerospace MRO experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean Operating System transformation for assigned Operating Business Units.
• Develop and maintain OS Standards & Tools Register.
• Facilitate assessor-led maturity assessments.
