Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Lean Management professional to deploy and execute continuous improvement across the Singapore site, driving toward the plant objectives.

This role leads cross-functional teams in cost savings, develops dashboards with Power BI and Excel, and collaborates with Automation, Digital & Technology to advance data visibility and reporting efficiency. A focus on sustaining lean processes and metrics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of Lean Management or Six Sigma in manufacturing or regulated environment.
• Foundational knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with data analytics and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lean deployment and continuous improvements (Kaizen, DMAIC, VSM, 5S, SMED).
• Provide technical advice and facilitation of workshops using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Excel) to track KPIs.
• Collaborate with Automation, Digital & Technology to implement digitalization.
• Promote Lean culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Lead cross-functional teams in cost-saving actions and root-cause analysis.
• Ensure Lean standards and maintain process flow documentation; verify results.
• Verify and validate new lean concepts and measure post-implementation results.
