Qualifications

• University degree with a technical or business specialization
• 2+ years of professional experience in operations
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge (Toyota Production System, kaizen, TPM)
• Data analytics, automation and optimization experience preferred
• Demonstrated operational excellence and analytics aptitude
• Proven leadership and ability to work with all levels of an organization

Responsibilities

• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses and synthesize conclusions into recommendations
• Contribute to client problem solving on engagements
• Gain operations capability through on‑the‑job coaching and structured training
• Rotational exposure across multiple client engagements and service lines
• Develop leadership and collaboration skills in a global consultancy environment
