Job summary

QUANTUMCLEAN TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee all production areas and spend 90% of the day on the shop floor. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and MOM compliance across the facility.

You will set daily to monthly objectives, plan production, manage WIP, and ensure on-time customer orders while enforcing lean principles. Collaboration with operations and commercial teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment with 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to learn and perform all production area operations including equipment and cleaning applications.
• Ability to learn MOM requirements and implement them.
• Supervisory skills with goal setting and coaching for performance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, efficient and clean working environment with MOM compliance.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
• Manage production quantity, quality, and scheduling; plan WIP and customer orders.
• Establish and enforce lean production schedules for fast part turnarounds.
• Collaborate with commercial group to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Hold regular meetings with site technicians to discuss production issues and schedules.
• Review training records and coordinate training with operations supervisor.
• Track monthly performance metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Assist with environmental compliance documentation.
• Participate in hiring administrative and production staff.
• Control spend within budget and adhere to purchasing guidelines.
• Follow all administrative protocols like reporting, expenses, and hiring paperwork.
