Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of IT infrastructure administration, operations, or support roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT environments is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
• Strong Windows (WINTEL) and RHEL expertise are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to stakeholders.
• Proven ability to document configurations, procedures, and architectures.
• Proactive in applying security hardening and patch management practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows Server and RHEL infrastructure in on‑premises and hybrid environments.
• Perform system administration tasks including user management, access controls, patching, and security hardening across both platforms.
• Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline operations.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and optimize infrastructure for uptime and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize business impact.
• Manage virtualization platforms and storage with capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan changes and upgrades while maintaining stability.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and architectures.
• Conduct security assessments and implement best practices to protect infrastructure.
• Participate in incident management and provide on‑call support as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends to propose improvements.
