Tap Growth ai is seeking a Lead System Engineer to manage Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments from our Singapore office. You will lead efforts to ensure high availability, implement upgrades, and drive security and backup best practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with WINTEL/RHEL, virtualization (VMware), and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable infrastructure services.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in WINTEL/RHEL administration.
Hands-on technical expertise and strong problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
Experience with automation tools is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Windows (WINTEL) and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Implement system upgrades, patches, and security enhancements.
Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operations.
Enforce best practices for security, backup, and disaster recovery.
