Job summary

MCI OUTSOURCING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of warehouse assistants and ensure efficient operations on a daily basis.

You will plan resources, supervise safety, manage inventory, and prepare monthly reports while maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment. The role supports a Monday–Friday schedule with 9AM–6PM hours and 14 days of annual leave, plus a variable bonus based on experience.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in related field.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Physical work required.
• Possess valid Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse assistants.
• Plan and execute efficient warehouse procedures to meet company needs.
• Manage resources including manpower, space, and time.
• Set and enforce warehouse policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Improve regulation and operation flow within the warehouse.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are safe, neat, and clean.
• Ensure timely maintenance of warehouse equipment and maintain records.
• Record, perform quality checks, and ensure timely delivery for PU Belts orders.
• Schedule duty rosters for team members.
• Ensure smooth operations flow and on-time shipments.
• Verify shipments are issued and signed off before delivery.
• Perform quality checks on imports, including discrepancies; correct location and labeling.
• Supervise and inspect incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure special equipment are issued as per order.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Attend to emails as required.
• Cover supervisors' duties during their absence.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior or management.
