Job summary

Birch Forest Trading PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee manpower deployment and daily warehouse activities in Singapore.

The role involves managing receiving, put-away, storage, picking, and routine stock takes while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient space use. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of warehouse management experience, can lead a small team, and is comfortable operating forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience and team leadership.
• Ability to operate forklift/reach truck/stacker.
• Willingness to work in a non-aircon warehouse.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower deployment.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, storage, picking, stock takes).
• Ensure inventory accuracy and space/resource utilization.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders.
• Drive productivity improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc warehouse tasks.
