Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a technical lead to drive testing strategies for IST and Repair, guide test plans, and support NPI in a fast-paced manufacturing context. You will train operators, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure efficient test processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in testing/manufacturing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a degree in Industrial or Electrical Engineering. Singapore-based role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in testing, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Experience handling complex issues with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment maintenance and calibration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead for Test, IST, and Repair functions and drive test strategy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Test Process Instructions (TPI).
• Train production operators and technicians on test processes.
• Troubleshoot test failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Define test plans, schedules, and manage test execution.
• Configure servers for testing, design fixtures, and support NPI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and document results.
