Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to oversee technical aspects of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, codes and regulatory requirements.

You will prepare and review technical documentation, coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure safety and licensing compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Must hold Technical Controller certification with Class 1 General Builder experience.
• Experience supporting licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction projects.
• Prepare, review and manage technical documentation, drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities on technical matters.
• Monitor project progress and site activities to meet plans and specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety requirements and authority requirements.
• Support planning, scheduling, cost monitoring and coordination to achieve deadlines.
• Conduct site inspections and technical reviews to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
