Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the SARA platform to assist and influence the strategy, roadmap and delivery, solving business problems and creating measurable value. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, drive execution and ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

You will lead day-to-day product management, align stakeholders, maintain backlog and drive continuous improvement, including AI-enabled approaches and future ways

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and data/integrations.
• Translate business goals into measurable product outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define priorities, drive execution and ensure successful adoption and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the SARA product vision, roadmap and priorities, ensuring delivery of measurable business value
Lead day-to-day product management, making prioritisation decisions and translating business needs into successful outcomes.
Align business, audit and technology stakeholders to drive adoption, continuous improvement and delivery against strategic objectives.

Drive stakeholder alignment and governance, achieving successful delivery, adoption and continuous improvement of the platform.
Maintain product backlog and priorities, ensuring user outcomes and strategic objectives.

People and Talent
Coach and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
Promote best practices in product management, agile delivery and stakeholder engagement across the team
Champion future ways of working, including AI-enabled product and project management, innovation and continuous improvement.
