System-Level Test Engineering Leader

Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking a System Level Test (SLT) Engineering Manager to lead an engineering team responsible for SLT test content, test program development, software infrastructure, automation, and debug capabilities for APU products.

You will drive cross-functional execution across Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Platform, Diagnostics, Operations, and manufacturing to deliver production-ready test solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience leading SLT/Test Engineering teams with emphasis on test content, automation, and production readiness.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Platform, Diagnostics, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SLT Test Engineering team for test content definition, program development, automation, and production support.
• Define priorities, plans, resources, and delivery across NPI, ramp, and sustaining phases.
• Drive scalable test content, test programs, flows, automation frameworks, tools, debug utilities, and release packages.
• Provide technical direction for test content strategy, architecture, diagnostics integration, platform readiness, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Eng, Platform, Diagnostics, Design, Quality, Operations, and OSAT to ensure production readiness.
• Establish engineering best practices for test content development, code quality, configuration management, validation, documentation, and release governance.
• Lead structured debug for complex SLT issues including test content failures and production readiness risks.
• Utilize yield, Pareto, test time, coverage, and quality data to guide decisions and improvements.
• Champion AI/automation initiatives to boost productivity and debug efficiency in SLT.
