Role Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) having over 10+ years of Pega experience with hands-on expertise in Pega KYC and Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) frameworks.


• The ideal candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer onboarding and lifecycle management solutions leveraging the Pega CLM/KYC framework to accelerate delivery and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Pega Architecture , Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA), Strong experience with Pega Infinity Platform (8.x or above).


• Expertise in: Case Management, Data Pages, Decisioning, Integration Services (REST/SOAP), Security, Reporting, Enterprise Application Architecture, KYC / CLM Framework Experience.


• Should have deep understanding of: Customer Onboarding, Know Your Customer (KYC), Due Diligence, Periodic Review, KYC Refresh and Remediation, Customer Risk Rating, Beneficial Ownership, Regulatory Compliance Workflows and experience delivering KYC transformation or onboarding programs within banking or financial institutions
