Job summary

OpenText is seeking a Principal Architect to lead architecture and delivery for strategic client initiatives in the OpenText Services Practice. You will design end-to-end solutions, align with clients' roadmaps, and collaborate across engineering, security, and product teams to deliver high-impact implementations.

You are expected to mentor architects and engineers, articulate design choices, and present demos for pre-sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in data analytics, BI, BPM, CEM/ECM.
• Ability to document design decisions clearly and engage clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery for strategic client initiatives.
• Design end-to-end solutions across disciplines (data, integration, security).
• Mentor architects and engineers; contribute to pre-sales demos and workshops.
• Provide high-level estimates and plan tasks with stakeholders.
• Travel as required to meet project needs.
