Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery, governance and stability of enterprise platforms within the client’s technology landscape, including OpenText ECM. You will engage senior leadership across business and technology and drive governance, risk management and delivery outcomes.

The role requires 10-12+ years of technology delivery experience in banking/financial services, with strong stakeholder engagement, governance, and delivery management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of technology delivery/program management experience in banking/financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management including senior leadership.
• Experience in governance, reporting and delivery management.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (OpenText) is a plus.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage stakeholders across business, operations and technology, including senior management.
• Act as primary interface between business users and IT delivery teams.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives across enterprise platforms and releases.
• Prepare management dashboards, KPIs and status reports for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate across application, infrastructure, network, security and vendor teams.
• Oversee production support and incident/change management to ensure platform stability.
