Job summary

Aurecon Group in Singapore seeks a Lead Structural Engineer to drive structural design and analysis for major infrastructure projects, including underground and elevated MRT works. You will mentor engineers, oversee technical aspects and ensure solutions meet standards.

You will coordinate across disciplines, manage schedules and deliverables, and provide value engineering input while communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Experience in civil/structural design and analysis for infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore and Eurocodes; proficient with standard software.
• Proactive, dependable and collaborative with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural design and analysis on infrastructure projects including underground/ elevated stations and tunnels.
• Delegate tasks, mentor junior engineers and oversee technical aspects of projects.
• Work independently, resolve tasks with initiative and deliver high-quality outputs.
• Prepare detailed reports and sections; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Contribute to value engineering through technical expertise.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, managers and clients.
