Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking an experienced Structural Design Lead to oversee topside module structures for EPCC projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, reviewing construction specs, and ensuring compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Naval Architecture.
• 10 years in planning, construction and structural design focused on topside module structures.
• Experience with offshore topside structures (FPSO, FPU, Jacket).
• Advanced Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, STAAP, SACS, and related tools.
• Knowledge of Topside structure design codes and standards (AISC, API).
• Ability to perform analyses and produce class-approved structural documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve project documentation for structural design in EPCC projects.
• Lead discussions with team and subcontractors on technical design issues.
• Direct verification of final structural drawings for fabrication and construction.
• Coordinate design deliverables for facilities, fabrication, transport and installation.
• Liaise with owners and authorities for design compliance and approvals.
• Provide progress reports to senior staff and owners for approvals.
• Support FEED to detailed engineering progression for structures.
• Analyze new offshore structures for environmental suitability.
• Review structural calculations and welding plans.
