Job summary

aluminium offshore pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior structural engineer to lead project engineering design in offshore/civil contexts.

You will liaise with clients, vendors and third parties on technical discussions and document submission, and coordinate with the project team on planning and execution. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in structural design, familiarity with international aluminium/offshore codes, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Degree in civil/marine engineering / naval architecture.
Min. 5 years of structural design experience in offshore or civil engineering.
Being Familiar with international aluminium and/or offshore structure design codes and standards to be an advantage.
Knowledge in Staadpro/Tekla to be an advantage.
An effective team player, problem solver and self-motivated.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead the project engineering design work.
Liaise with clients, vendors and third parties on technical discussions and document submission.
Coordinate with project team on the project planning and execution.
Supervise and check the design drawings, material take-off and shop drawings.
Perform structural analysis and prepare structural analysis report.
