You will own end-to-end technical delivery for regulatory reporting initiatives, shaping adoption of modern data platforms and AI-assisted engineering to strengthen reporting workloads. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related disciplines.
• Formal training or certification on engineering concepts and 5+ years of experience in system engineering or software development.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Proficient in coding using Java, Junit, Maven, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and/or Apache Spark for batch data processing; Delta Lake, Spark SQL, PySpark or Spark with Java/Scala.
• Strong programming experience in Python for data engineering, automation, and scripting.

• Executes creative software solutions and design, with ability to tackle non-routine problems.
• Develops secure and high-quality production code and reviews peers' work.
• Builds and optimizes large-scale data and reporting pipelines on Databricks/Spark.
• Applies AI and ML techniques to accelerate delivery and automation in reporting workloads.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation and improve operational stability.
• Collaborates with external vendors and internal teams to validate designs and architectures.
• Leads communities of practice and promotes inclusive team culture.
• Drives adoption of enterprise AI-assisted development practices and validates AI outputs for correctness.
