Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. invites an experienced Lead Software/Applications Engineer to provide technical leadership in developing, enhancing and supporting complex software applications.

You will guide implementation, promote secure practices and ensure performance, reliability and delivery targets are met. You will lead design reviews, champion CI/CD, GitOps and IaC, and mentor engineers while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computing, CS, CE or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Java, C++, Python or Node.js.
• Experience with Linux/UNIX or Windows, cloud-native apps and containers.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, GitOps, automated testing and security.

Responsabilités

• Lead software design, development, enhancement and troubleshooting.
• Review architecture, code quality and technical solutions.
• Guide CI/CD, automation, GitOps and IaC practices.
• Support cloud-native and containerised deployments.
• Ensure security-by-design and proper testing.
• Coordinate with project, infrastructure, integration and cybersecurity teams.
• Mentor engineers and maintain technical standards
