Job summary

ST Engineering's cyber team seeks a Lead Software Engineer to bridge technical leadership with hands-on development. You will help define architecture, lead complex projects, and mentor engineers while delivering secure, scalable enterprise-grade applications and Outlook plugins with cryptographic features.

Based in Jurong East, Singapore, you will collaborate across teams, drive secure coding practices, and contribute to the product roadmap while ensuring robust version control and CI/CD

Qualifications

8–10 years of professional experience in C++ and C# with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience with secure Windows-based applications and Outlook plugins.
Strong cryptography knowledge (AES, RSA, ECC) and secure software design.

Responsibilities

Define and implement software architecture for mission-critical apps.
Lead development of complex modules and ensure secure coding and performance standards.
Collaborate across teams, conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and foster technical growth.
Assist in evaluating emerging technologies and influence the product roadmap.
Ensure robust version control, CI/CD pipelines and comprehensive documentation.
Participate in customer discussions, providing technical insights and recommendations.
